RQ filter polyester needle punched felt is made from 1-2.5DÂ PE filber Weaving reinforced substrates with High strength and low elongation Yarn,Through needle punched reinforcement and finishing-treatment process.The product has the special characteristics of high porosity, good permeability, acid resistance and moderate alkalinity of ordinary felt filter cloth.And very good wear resistance.One of the mostly used kinds of felt filter material.
Weight from 350gsm to 800g/m2 thickness from 1mm to 4mm.
 Finishing treatment : calendering , singeing,heating , PTFE coated. It has the characteristics of stable size, easy cleaning, long service life and so on.
